ST. ALBANS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
November 4, 2025

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Ohio Revised Code § 709.45 et seq. that a petition has been filed proposing the merger of St. Albans Township and the Village of Alexandria, Licking County, Ohio. The Merger Conditions outline the terms, governance, and effective date for combining all assets, liabilities, and responsibilities of both jurisdictions into one political subdivision. The merger question will appear on the ballot at the next general election on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The full text of the Merger Conditions is available for public inspection at the offices of both local governments and online at http://tiny.cc/StAlbansMerger.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of St. Albans Township, Licking County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing - Zoning Amendment on December 9, 2025 6:30 PM in the Community Room, 25 E Main St Alexandria, OH 43001.


The purpose of this hearing is to consider application Z-25-19, Applicant: St. Albans Township Zoning Commission, regarding modifications to Section 1702, paragraph 2 of the St. Albans Township Zoning Resolution.. All interested parties are invited to attend.
